Dr. Mundo is a really funny character to play with. He is strong, and is a great chaser and ganker. Dr. Mundo’s ultimate is Sadism. Dr. Mundo  sacrifices a portion of his Health, in return, his Movement Speed and Health Regen drastically increases.
