Arthroscopic surgery is a possibility for Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki if his sore and swollen right knee doesn’t respond to a week of rest and treatment.
Nowitzki, who sat out Tuesday’s loss to FC Barcelona Regal in Spain, is experiencing soreness and swelling in his knee for the second consecutive training camp.
