Everyone lacks confidence sometimes but people with low self-esteem are unhappy or unsatisfied with themselves most of the time. Low self-esteem can cause problems including depression and anxiety. People who are not strong enough to deal with this emotion, can destroy their own life.
To get to the bottomline of this condition and successfully deal with this problem, one has to first determine the characteristics, causes, and building of low self esteem.
